Please be sure you correctly include all of the following information for the recipient address:

• Recipients full first and last name.
• Company name. (if applicable)
• Street number and street name.
• Suite number, apartment number or floor number.
• City, state and accurate zip code.
• Recipients telephone number (DHL must have the recipient’s phone number to qualify for our guaranteed delivery service. We will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having problems with delivery)
• Any helpful information regarding delivery issues such as difficult, rural addresses, delivery times and requests. Use “special instructions” area during checkout

Track Your Package:

Provided you have submitted an accurate e-mail address, once your item has shipped you will receive a tracking number for your gift so you can see when it is delivered. When you have your tracking number just click on one of the links below:

DHL Ground – 1-7 business days.
USPS Priority – 2-3 business days w/ Saturday Delivery
DHL 2 nd Day – Takes 2 business days.
DHL Next Day – Takes 1 business day. (Bold Red Zones apply)
USPS Express – Takes 1 business day provided the address is not rural.

Shipping Rates:

To view applicable shipping and delivery charges, add your items to the shopping cart and the shipping fees will be displayed. As you note the fees, please keep in mind our products can be quite large. Our shipping prices reflect their weight, dimensions and fragile nature. We have negotiated the best possible rates through our preferred carrier and will charge what it costs to ship plus materials and no more. Messenger deliveries are $15.

• Orders placed by 3pm MST will usually ship the same business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3pm may ship the next business day.
• Orders placed for hand delivery must be laced by 1pm MST to guarantee same-day delivery.
• Hand delivery is for Colorado Springs including El Paso County, Courier Service to Denver, Castle Rock, Pueblo, Woodland Park/Teller County and Cripple Creek. We deliver to The Air Force Academy, Fort Carson and Peterson AFB. Very specific delivery address and information is required, call for details.
• For Non-perishable products we recommend Ground Service as the most economical way to ship.
• All orders are shipped and delivered Monday – Friday. We can have orders delivered on Saturday, please call if you are interested in Saturday delivery as certain arrangements must be made and additional charges will apply.
• For Alaska and Hawaii, we can only ship Next day and 2 nd day and these destinations usually take up to 4 days.
• For certain perishable items overnight or 2 nd Day is required for the freshest delivery possible. Notations are provided for those items in the description area.
• We specialize in military gift services, however shipping to APO, military installations and PO box addresses require special accommodation. Please call our office to complete your order.

Canceling an order:

Once an order has been shipped and is out of our facility we cannot cancel the order. You may return the gift at your expense and receive an 80% refund. We do not issue full refunds on cancellations. Once food items leave the facility they have to be destroyed. We never reuse perishable items.

Change of Address Requests:

If your order has not yet been picked up by the parcel delivery company we will be happy to assist you with changing or adding any information to the shipping address. Please call us toll free at 877-593-9458 Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm MST to make changes. In the event your gift has shipped we cannot change the address. Please be sure to verify the ship to address on your order. An incomplete address or address missing information such as street number, suite number, or apartment number my result in a $15 charge. If for some reason you have provided incomplete or incorrect information your order delivery may be delayed or returned at your expense.

Scheduling a later date:

If you would like your gift to arrive at a later date, just tell us the date in “special instructions” area during checkout.

If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you must purchase items separately. Shipping of alcoholic beverages:

The Supreme Court’s recent ruling on interstate alcohol shipments was in favor of opening up interstate commerce, but the court does not tell the states how to change their laws. It is up to each state’s legislature to react to the ruling and establish and enforce their own alcohol related shipping policies. This will take some time. Continue to check back for updates. At this time we can ship to AK, AZ, CA, CO, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, LA, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OR, RI, SC, VA, WA, WV, WS, WY. Some states listed have limitations, adult signature and ID upon delivery is required on all shipments.

Chocolate and Fruit baskets and substitutions:

During the hot summer months all fruit and chocolate must be shipped accordingly for arrival within 2 days for fruit and next day for chocolate. In some areas this may mean we have to upgrade shipping to 2 day or overnight delivery to ensure quality delivery. If ground transit times exceed that threshold upgrades will take place. At times it may be necessary for us to substitute an item or items in our baskets. This is due to the uniqueness of each gift and vendor supplies. We will never substitute products unequally and we never compromise on quality. Please note that not all gifts arrive identical to the picture. Baskets may vary.
